The amenities at the Tree Farm Lofts will include a rooftop terrace with fire-pits and televisions with sunrise views.

In the summer, residents and guests can enjoy the resort-style swimming pool and year-round unwind in the hot tub. The clubhouse will have state-of-the-art fitness center offering quick workout or heavy sweat on Peloton bikes, yoga studio, and smoothie bar all overlooking Kodiak Ski Lake.

Our residents will enjoy the common green area for yard games and events . A path with lake views will surround the lake and a deck will allow spectators to watch the water sports. In the winter, the lake turns into an ice karting track. More hiking, biking, running, and walking trails will be located up the mountain on Tree Farm property.

The pedestrian promenade will include a coffee shop/café and/or neighborhood store, leasing office, community room with coffee bar, and co-working space

Oversized storage lockers will be available to store residents’ skis, poles, boots, and accessories as well as golf clubs and bikes. A bicycle room with repair station will be available for residents who would like to store their mountain or road bikes.

Underground parking will be available and large storage spaces with roll-up doors, adjacent to the parking space will provide easy, convenient access.

There will be a pet washing area with a tub for dog washing and table for drying and grooming.

On site will be express car charging stations.
