Apres-Ski – Ski trips always include focus on apres-ski. Residents can make use of the rooftop terrace, clubhouse community room, pool, and hot tub all overlooking Lake Kodiak to unwind after a long day of skiing or any of many activities to do mid-valley.

In the morning, residents begin their day meeting at the coffee bar in our community area while watching the morning news.  The community room will feature bar seating with a large, flat screen TV for watching games and conversing with friends. An ideal après-ski setting, the room will be both warm and relaxing to enjoy a drink in a cozy armchair or entertain with billiards.

At Tree Farm Lofts, residents and their family and friends can make use of the amenity deck to take-up the warmth of the afternoon sun and as the temperature drops, circle around the fire pit.
